Farsan samosa are dry samosas and can be enjoyed anytime as snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare filling by grinding the sev mixture to coarsely transfer to a bowl add coriander powder, fennel powder, chilli powder, date tamarind chutney mix it well adds coriander leaves mix it again.
* Step 2
Prepare dough, add maida, ghee salt to a bowl mix it then adds little water knead the stiff dough, cover and keep it for 20min.
* Step 3
Now divide the dough in equal balls and roll in ablong/oval shape cut in the middle,take one part form cone shape fill enough stuffing, and close it by pressing the edges well. Prepare all samosas like this.
* Step 4
Heat oil fry to golden crisp on medium to low heat.
* Step 5
Farsan samosa are ready, enjoy with cup of tea.
