Banana oats smoothie

#ATW Smoothies are good option for breakfast and small hunger,made with oats and banana.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

oats

1/8 Spoon

cinnamon powder

1 Spoon

mixed seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender add oats, banana pieces, almonds, dates, guava pieces, and 1cup water blend it to smooth.

* Step 2

Pour in a glass top with cinnamon powder, mixed seeds.

* Step 3

Enjoy with family and friends.
