Corn rice dumplings are simple and healthy dish, given a twist to regular one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana dal and rice 3,4hours, basmati rice for 1hour. Grind rice chanadal and half of corn kernels to paste without adding water.
* Step 2
To ground paste add onion, remaining corn, sweet potato mashed,cooked rice, green chilli ginger paste, turmeric powder,salt, pepper,cumin powder mix all well together.
* Step 3
Now spread soaked basmati rice on a plate,make balls of rice and corn mixture and roll on rice to coat all over.
* Step 4
Heat steamer and steam the prepared balls/dumplings for 10,12min serve hot with plum chutney and top with ghee
