Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry tometoes,chillies, cashews,ginger, garlic till soft then blend it to paste.

Cook others veggies till 80percent.

Heat oil,ghee add bay leaf,jeera, cardmum onion, capsicum and saute for a while then add tomato paste cook it few minutes.add masala powder, turmeric powder mix and cook for few minutes.

* Step 4

Add cooked vegetables mix it well add salt,kasuri methi and cream mix it well add coriander leaves.

* Step 5

Veg korma is ready to serve with rice and chapati.
