Aloo Matar Cutlets with Curd Mayo Dip
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes and mash them well make equal portions.
* Step 2
Grind peas with out adding water,heat oil add jeera,saunf,green chilli paste,ginger paste add ground peas mix well,add coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala,salt, amchoor powder mix it and cook for few minutes add coriander leaves and filling is ready.
* Step 3
Flatten the potato ball stuff the filling cover and shape in round cutlets make all cutlets like this.
* Step 4
Now dip in corn flour slurry and coat with sooji.
* Step 5
Shallow fry till golden brown.
For dip mix alll ingredients in a bowl mix it till smooth.
