Ingredient
1/2 cup
bread crumbs
1/2 cup
coriander leaves
1spoon.
green chilli paste
1spoon.
amchoor powder
1/2spoon
chilli powder
1spoon
garam masala
1spoon
ginger paste
1spoon
coriander powder
1spoon
roasted cumin powder
as required
Oil to shallow fry
as per taste
Salt
as needed
Blend cheese
3/4 cup
Sooji small
2 spoon
corn flour slurry
1 cup
milk
1/4 spoon
cinnamon powder
1/2 spoon
orange zest
1spoon
sugar
1 spoon
cocoa powder
as needed
Dark chocolate
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add b grated beetroot,potatoes, green chilli paste, ginger paste, coriander leaves, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala, chilli powder, amchoor powder, chopped onion,salt bread crumbs mix it well.
* Step 2
Take portion of beetroot mixture flatten it stuff cheese cover and give patty shape.
* Step 3
Dip in corn slurry coat with sooji and shallow to crisp golden
* Step 4
For hot chocolate heat milk add sugar powder,cocoa powder, chocolate, cinnamon powder and cook till all comes well together off the flame and orange zest it's ready.
* Step 5
Serve in cup with cultlets
