Palak Dal with Roti

toordal

ghee

1 tsp

jeera

1/2 tsp

jeera powder

1 tsp

hing

As per taste

jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak toor dal for 20min. Pressure cook it.

* Step 2

Heat ghee add mustard seeds, jeera,hing, green chillies, red chilli saute it.

* Step 3

Add chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder mix, add chopped palak leaves fry for a while add cooked dal and let it boil.

* Step 4

Add salt, jagarry, lemon juice and coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with roti and rice.
