Crisp tondli fritters
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make batter of all-purpose flour,,rice flour,curd,ginger garlic paste,garam masala, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, mix add enough water to make thick flowing consistency.
* Step 2
Wash and cut tondli in lengthwise coat with salt and chilli powder.
* Step 3
Heat oil dip tondli in batter and fry to golden crisp.
* Step 4
Serve with tomato ketchup.
