Coconut and dry fruit puran poli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make soft dough adding wheat flour,ghee,pinch Salt and water.
* Step 2
For puran melt jagarry and little water cook till bubbles then add coconut powder,dry fruits powder and mix it add ghee and stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Take small ball of dough make bowl shape fill enough stuffing and close it and roll lightly.
* Step 4
Heat tawa place the coconut puran poli and roast both sides applying ghee/oil. Serve with ghee.
