Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan add grated carrots and cook it for few minutes,then add sugar, milk powder and coconut powder mix it well,when it comes dough like consistency add cardmom powder mix and turn off flame.
* Step 2
Prepare mould lining with butter paper pour carrot mixture and level it. Keep it to set.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a pan add crumbled paneer cook for few minutes then add milk powder, coconut powder, venila essence,sugar mix well cook till it comes dough consistency. Now pour on carrot mixture and level it keep it to set.
* Step 4
Now for peas mix grind peas to paste,heat ghee in a pan add peas paste and cook till rawness goes add milk powder, coconut powder,sugar and cook till it comes dough consistency add cardmom powder mix it,pour this on paneer mixture and level it top with dry fruits press lightly, keep it for setting in fridge for 30min.
* Step 5
Take out cut in shapes and burfi is ready.
