Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak urad dal for 2 hours grind to a coarse paste add 2 tsp water if needed.
* Step 2
To the ground, paste adds salt, pepper powder, green chilli,hing, and grate the boiled potato, rice flour and mix it well with hands for few minutes to make it light.
* Step 3
Heat oil in Kadai dip hands takes a portion of the prepared mixture to give round shape and make a hole in the middle, drop in oil and fry till golden brown, fry all vadas.
* Step 4
Serve with coconut chutney and enjoy.
