Milkcake/kalakand is one of the most popular traditional dessert made during different festival.
Ingredient
Food ration :

40-45 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk to half keeping flame sim to medium.
* Step 2
Add lemon juice and keep stirring it curdles continue stirring.
* Step 3
When you see granules add sugar keep stirring, when water evaporates add ghee spoon by spoon in between.
* Step 4
When you see bubbles on the edges of the pan and it starts leaving the pan it's ready to pour in the mold.
* Step 5
Cool it completely, can keep in the fridge to set cut in pieces and enjoy.
