Light crumbly, yummy,moist cake using plant based ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and chop apple in pieces apply lemon juice.
* Step 2
Whisk wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder.
* Step 3
In a blender add oil, apple pieces, jaggery, cashew milk(soaked and grind adding little water), and blend to smooth.
* Step 4
Add blended mixture to flour mixture and mix it with cut and fold method.
* Step 5
Grease mold and line with butter paper and pour the prepared batter.
* Step 6
Preheat Kadai and keep mold and cook for 35,40min.check it with a stick.
* Step 7
Cool it and cut in pieces and it's ready to taste.
