Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash cauliflower and potatoes, chop potatoes in cubes separate florets. Boil water with turmeric powder and salt add chopped cauliflower and potatoes cook till soft.
* Step 2
Make a puree of tomatoes, on the flame keep Kadai add puree cook till raw smell goes then add ginger paste, chilli paste mix well.
* Step 3
In a bowl add all powder masala, Kasuri methi, and some water mix it. Add this to the tomato mixture.
* Step 4
Add cooked veggies and mix it well add salt, sugar slit green chilli
* Step 5
Cook for few minutes add coriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
