Chocolate Granola Bars

#boxweek1 Granola Bars are healthy snacks,here made with oats, dryfruits, chocolate,honey and dates as sweetener .

Ingredient

Food ration :

12-15 pieces

Cooking time :

5 mins.
1/4 cup

melon seeds

2 tablespoons

flax seeds

1/4 cup

dates paste

1 tsp.

orange zest

2 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan and roast oats.

Dry roast dry fruits.

* Step 3

Add roasted oats in a bowl add roasted dry fruits,resins,roated flaxseeds, cranberries then add dates paste,melted chocolate, cinnamon powder,orange zest,honey and mix it well.

* Step 4

Grease plate and spread the mixture and press it and keep it in freezer for setting for 15 mins.

Cut in bars and chocolate granola bars ready enjoy.
