No egg cabbage omlette

#bfday1 Breakfast is first meal of day before starting day's work,veg cabbage omlette is good option with lots of veggies and carbs.

Ingredient

besan

1 tsp

maida

2 tbsp

rice flour

to taste

Salt

1/2 tbsp

Soda optional

as needed

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep ready all chopped veggies.

In a bowl add besan,rice,flour,maida, turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt add water and make not too thick batter.

Add chopped veggies and mix well.

Heat pan add oil and spread add two ladle of batter top with cabbage tometoes and cook both side till done.

Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
