baby corns

cashews

2 tbsp

corn flour

4 tbsp

mayo

1 tbsp

mixed herbs

to taste

Salt

2 tbsp +1sp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil pasta with carrots till soft.

Heat oil in kadai saute babycon, capsicum,garlic add salt and pepper to taste place on a plate.

In mixer jar grind cashews to fine powder add corn flour and little water and grind to fine.

In kadai add cashew mixture and cook till thicken add water if needed then add mayo mix well, keep flame to sim,add salt and pepper give it a good mix. Add red pasta sauce mix ed herb, chilli flakes,

* Step 5

Add sauted veggies and pasta mix it well add cheese on top and cover cook till cheese melts, cheesey cremey pasta is ready to taste.
