#GA4#week17 Dal makhani dal prepared with whole urad and kidney beans with butter and cream.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak overnight and pressure cook till 6 whistle on medium flame adding bay leaf.

* Step 2

Make paste of tomato and garlic. Heat oil in kadai add onion paste and saute for while then add tomato paste and cook for sometime.

* Step 3

Add turmeric and chilli powder cook it with kid for few seconds then add cooked dal mix it well adding enough water.

* Step 4

Add coriander powder,sonth, amchoor powder give it good mix add butter and it's ready.

* Step 5

Serve hot with rice, roti.
