#GA4 #week15 It's a simple dish with mixed herbs,mint and can be side dish or snack .

Ingredient

mixed herbs

1/2 tsp

mint powder

as per taste

Salt

1/2 Tsp

lemon juuce

1 tsp.

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop potatoes in big pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan add potatoes and fry till golden.

* Step 3

Add mixed herbs,mint powder,salt, pepper and mix it well.

Add lemon juice mix it well and serve.
