#mukhwas Mukhvas after meal refresher and also helps in digestion,here made mukhvas using different seeds .

Ingredient

1/2 cup

carom seeds

1/2 cup

flax seeds

1/4 cup

sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange all ingredients in a plate.

* Step 2

Heat pan and dry roast fennel seeds,carom seeds till nice aroma. Roast sesame seeds till it crackle.

* Step 3

Roast flax seeds till it crackle,grated coconut lightly.let it cool.

* Step 4

Then mix all the seeds and coconut grated and mukhawas is ready.
