Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop makhana into two parts and soak in water, squeeze water.
* Step 2
Heat oil adds peanuts fry for some time then add mustard seeds, cumin, potatoes, curry leaves and cook till soft then add chili powder,hing, peas, tomatoes and cook for some time.
* Step 3
Add makhana, salt, chana powder and mix it well turn off the flame add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Makhana Poha is ready to serve.
