Rasmalai Chocolate, fusion of Indian sweet with chocolate one of the best dessert after festive meal.

* Step 1
Add crumbled paneer, condensed milk,milk powder,dry fruits,Kesar,cardmom powder mix all ingredients and make small balls and keep it in fridge to set.
* Step 2
Melt the chocolate in double boiler add rose petals chopped, dry fruits pieces and blend it well.
* Step 3
Now take chocolate moulds grease with ghee and pour half with white chocolate then keep one ball of paneer and cover completely with white chocolate.
* Step 4
Keep it in frezer for 15min to set. Take out and devine rasmalai Chocolate is ready.
