Sweetcorn pulao steamed in milk

Sweet corn pulao simple dish yet amazing taste,made with few ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak basmati rice and cook in milk with bay leaf, cinnamon, peppercorns and salt.
* Step 2
Heat ghee/butter in kadai add green chillies, garlic and saute for a min.add crushed sweetcorn and onion fry for sometime.
* Step 3
Now add corn kernels and cook for a while,add pepper powder, chilly flakes and salt mix well.
* Step 4
Now add 1/4cup milk and cook for sometime then add cooked rice and give a nice mix.
* Step 5
Serve in bowl sprinkle some onion greens and serve with some pickle,papad, green chetney and enjoy.
