#navratri Ambode is masala vada with dals made during festivals without onion garlic.

Ingredient

Food ration :

chanadal

1/2 cup

moong dal

2 stick

curry leaves

1 inch

ginger

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak all dals for 3hours. keep 2sp chanadal aside. Then grind it with green chillies, corriander leaves,ginger.

* Step 2

Then add chanadal,rice flour,curry leaves,jeera,hing,lemon juice,salt,sugar and mix it well.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadai add two spoon hot oil to batter and mix well. Make Vada shape and fry till golden crisp.

Make all vadas and serve with chetney and sauce.
