Garlic cheese bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak yeast in warm sugar water keep aside for 15min and add to wheat flour and mix well knead soft dough apply some oil and keep covered for 2hours.
* Step 2
In a bowl add capsicum chopped,onion,cheese grated mixed herbs and mix well filling is ready. In a bowl add butter and garlic and mix it well garlic butter is ready.
* Step 3
After 2 hours it raises to double in size again knead it applying oil till soft and divide in small balls.
* Step 4
Sprinkle some flour on platform and spread the ball with hand or rolling pin spread garlic butter and filling up to half fold the half to cover apply some butter and sprinkle mixed herbs. Give slit marks on it to separate easily.
* Step 5
Heat a deep kadai with a stand and pre heat for 10min then keep the prepared garlic bread cover with lid and bake for 30 minutes. Take out cool it then cut and enjoy the cheese garlic bread.
