Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in pan add tejpatta,jeera fry golden.
* Step 2
Add ginger, garlic,chilly paste fry for a while.
* Step 3
Add tometoes and stir for a while add salt, chilly powder,gud and mix it well.
* Step 4
Add spinach and corriander leaves and mix it cook it leaves water cook till water dries, add curd and mix and stir continuously till look like gravy.
* Step 5
Add butter and garam masala paneer and cook for sometime.
* Step 6
All mix up well then paneer saag is ready to serve with chapati,roti or naan.
