Moong dal twisties
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak moong dal for 2 hours and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
* Step 2
Let it cool for a while and grind in mixi smooth without adding water.
* Step 3
Add moong dal in mixing bowl add all masala powders and seeds.
* Step 4
Add rice flour,oil,salt mix it to make dough add little water if needed. Cover keep for 10min.
* Step 5
Now make balls and roll it like paratha thickness and cut into strips twist (see pic).
* Step 6
Heat oil in kadai make flame sim add twisties and fry till bubbles decrease then high the flame to make golden crisp. Serve with hot tea.
