Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add flour, salt, sugar powder, baking powder, baking soda, herbs and mix well.
* Step 2
To the above mix add curd and water as needed and make sticky dough add 2 tsp oil and mix.
* Step 3
Now grease mould and keep the dough and smoothen the top layer with some oil sprinkle herbs.
* Step 4
Heat preheat Kadhai and bake the dough with the lid on for 30 mins check it, bake some more time if needed.
* Step 5
Take out let it cool and cut it and ready to eat.
