Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and dry bhildi and cut into thin strips.

Add salt and mix well add all flours, garlic paste chilli powder, 2 spoon oil and mix to coat bhindi.

Heat oil in kadai and deep fry till golden crisp.

Sprinkle some chat masala and til ready to serve.
