Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Gather all chopped veggies in a plate.
* Step 3
Pressure cook rice and dal.
* Step 4
Heat ghee and oil in kadai add jeera, rai add onions and chilli ginger garlic paste.
* Step 5
Now add veggies turmeric powder saute add little water and cook till soft.
* Step 6
Add rice and dal and mix well add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Cover and cook for a while and serve hot with ghee pickle.
