Menasu (pepper)kadabu
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead dough using wheat flour and oil and water like chapati dough.
* Step 2
Make powder of pepper,cloves, cardmoms and mix with putana powder and coconut powder and gud stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Make small balls out of dough and roll it and fill the stuffing generously and fold it press the edges give kadabu shape.
* Step 4
Make all kadabu and steam for 10 mins and serve hot with ghee.
