Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash lemon and chillies and dry them.
* Step 2
Make pieces of lemon and chillies.
* Step 3
Mix both lemon and chilli in a mixing bowl add salt and sugar mix it well cover keep aside for some time.
* Step 4
After sometime salt and sugar melts now add methi powder,haldi powder,hing mix well and add lemon juice and keep covered overnight and mix daily for 2 or 3 days it will get riped if not do like this for another day. Enjoy it as it is.
