Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash palak and chop it. Mix with grated lauki.
* Step 2
Make paste of green chillies, coriander leaves,ginger.
* Step 3
Mix the paste and palak lauki,besan,garam masala,sugar, salt and make koftas.
* Step 4
Fry koftas to golden and keep aside.
* Step 5
Make puree of tomato garlic and cashews.chop onion.
* Step 6
Heat oil in kadai add jeera,red chilli, curry leaves and onion and saute then add red chilli powder,garam,masala, turmeric powder,dhanajeera powder mix all cook for a while add tomato puree mix cook till oil seperates then add kasuri methi mix and cook for sometime add water according to gravy thickness.Add coriander.
* Step 7
While serving arrange koftas and pour gravy over it and serve with hot phulka or chapati.
