Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash boiled potato add salt,chat masala, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander leaves mix it.
* Step 2
Take besan in a bowl add ajwain chilli powder,salt,soda and mix it with water to make little thicker than dosa batter consistency.
* Step 3
Now slit chilli on one side take out seeds and stuff with potato mix and dip in besan batter and deep fry till golden crisp and serve with sauce and chutney.
* Step 4
U can cut the fried bhajjs and deep fry again to make it tasty and crispy.
