Kachhi haldi pickle
Kachhi haldi is available in winter season and which has many health benefits.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and peel haldi,Ambe halad and ginger.
* Step 2
Grate haldi,Ambe haldi and ginger.
* Step 3
Add salt and lemon juice to grated haldi and keep covered for 2 to 3 hours.
* Step 4
Heat oil in kadai add Rai let it crackle and turn off let it cool.
* Step 5
Now add pickle masala to haldi mixture give it a good mix and add oil mix throughly. After half an hour it's ready.
