Palak peas triangles
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak poha in water completely don't remove water let it soak 10min.
* Step 2
Make paste of palak pudina coriander leaves,peas cashews, green chilli,ginger in mixi.
* Step 3
Now cook above paste in 1sp oil add salt garam masala jeera powder mix keep aside to cool.
* Step 4
Now take poha it should soak up all water mash with hands and add suji salt jeera powder to it and form like a dough.
* Step 5
Now spread the dough on a greased plate in rectangle shape fill the palak mixture in middle and fold like triangle shape.
* Step 6
Steam in a steamer about 5 min.take out let it cool cut into small triangles.
* Step 7
Shallow fry till golden and crisp and serve with sauce.
