Deviled Eggs

Ingredient

1/4 cup

Mayonnaise

1/8 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil eggs for 15 minutes, submerge on cold water and chill.

* Step 2

Peel eggs and cut in half length wise.

* Step 3

Remove yolks gently and place whites on a serving platter

* Step 4

I'm bowl mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

* Step 5

Evenly disperse mixture into egg whites

* Step 6

Top off with paprika garnish

* Step 7

Pro tip for traveling.* Put all cooked egg whites in a bag or container. Put yolk mix in a gallon zip lock bag. Bring peprica and chives separately as well as a pair of scissors. Once you arrive, place whites on serving dish, use scissors to cut a small hole in the corner of the gallon bag. Pipe yolk mixture into whites. Garnish with paprika and chive. Now you don't have to worry about wobbly deviled eggs while you travel!
