Fresh Dandelions - Power Green
Dandelions are very powerful greens. Lots of vitamins in this wonderful vegetable.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash chopped Dandelions 3 times. Get a cast iron Pan, Heat it realy hot. Add Oil, Cumin seeds, Garlic, cook 1 minute. Add chilli peppers, Salt, turmeric and chopped tomato.
* Step 2
Add boiled potato and mix it really good. Keep turning for 2 minutes until all potatoes and tomatoes get coated well. Add chopped Dandelions.
* Step 3
Mix dandelions with spices - turning it with a tong. When everything is mixed and coated well, add 1 Tbs of Water and cover it.
Reduce heat to minimum and cook 10 mts.
