Orzo With Lemon, Basil & Garlic
I got tired of the same ol' "butter and cheese"! This is a different taste; really easy and yummy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook Orzo pasta according to package directions.
* Step 2
Grate the lemon rind, mince the garlic, chop basil and grate the cheese.
* Step 3
While Orzo is cooking, heat olive oil in a frying pan on med-high heat. Add lemon zest and minced garlic and sauté for about a minute. Remove from heat.
* Step 4
When Orzo is done cooking, drain and add to pan with oil/lemon/garlic. Stir in the grated cheese and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
* Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy!
