Apple and cinnamon
I am trying my best to manage carbs intake at minimum. So here it is: apple and cinnamon, without added sugar! With lot of healthy fat a.k.a butter!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop the apples.
* Step 2
In pan, melt the butter. Add apples. Cover & simmer in low heat until it is soft.
* Step 3
Add the cinnamon powder. Serve with yoghurt.
