Quail eggs-stuffed chicken meatballs with creamy sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make chicken mix: combine ground meat, chicken egg, tapioca starch, sweet paprika powder, dried marjoram and salt in bowl. Mix well.
* Step 2
To make meatballs: with spoons or wet hands, take boiled quail egg and add chicken mix. Shape into meatballs.
* Step 3
Cook meatballs in boiling water. Once they float, they are well cooked. Transfer to plate.
* Step 4
To make creamy sauce: melt the butter in pan and cook the onion until browned. Add garlic, sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper. Add beef broth and bring to boil.
* Step 5
Add meatballs and cooking cream, bring to boil.
