Cooking instructions
* Step 1
VELVET CHICKEN
- Simmer 1 qt water in wok
- Add chicken piece at a time
- Cook 30-60 seconds
- Remove to sheet tray to dry
* Step 2
STIR FRY
- Longyau
- Stir fry onion and bell peppers
- Push to side, add oil and aromatics
- Stir fry ~30 seconds
- Add chicken, pineapple, (optional) cashews, and sauce
- Cook until desired thickness
