Tea Jellies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Steep 1 teaspoon of loose tea in 500ml of boiling water for 3-5mins.
* Step 3
Add in gradually 3 teaspoon of gelatin and 4 teaspoons of sugar (while the tea is still hot).
* Step 4
Stir until gelatin and sugar completely dissolves (about 1 minute)
* Step 5
Pour tea mixture into mini cups or mould of your liking. (Optional: add chopped fruits)
* Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 30mins to 1hour.
* Step 7
Feel free to adjust the strength of the tea to your preferences, we only ask not to change the gelatin-water ratio.
