Long bean and spicy anchovies
Clearing my near expired canned food one day and decided to make something out of these spicy anchovies.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the long bean into bite size. Rinse with water to remove any debris.
* Step 2
Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Stir fry the spicy anchovies in a frying pan with medium high heat till it looks dry and fragrant.
* Step 4
Add the long bean and mix evenly.
* Step 5
Ready to serve with cooked rice.
