Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together first 8 ingredients and form into meatballs.
* Step 2
Spray cookie sheet with oil and broil at 550 degrees for 3 minutes on each side.
* Step 3
Spray crock pot and add water, tomato sauce, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce. Stir mixture, then add meatballs to top. Cook 4-6 hours on Low or 3-4 hours on High.
