Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute burger in olive oil
* Step 2
Add onions and garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano saute until onion is ready
* Step 3
M8x broth, cocoa, fish sauce, vinegar and soy together...umami
* Step 4
Deglaze meat with 1/2 cup umami mix.
* Step 5
Add the rest of tue umami, beans and tomato paste. Stir well.
* Step 6
Pour crushed tomatoes on top, do not stir. Pressure cook for 10 min and 10 kin natural release. Serve with whatever toppings you like
