of an onion diced
2-4 cloves
garlic minced
14-28 oz
can crushed tomatoes
1 cup
h20
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
curry
1/2 cup
chopped peanuts
1/4 cup
peanut butter
1-2 cups
spinach chopped
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute onion and jalapeno until soft and fragrant
* Step 2
Add potatoes and brown a bit
* Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients except for peanut butter and spinach.
* Step 4
Instant pot T pressure for 3 min. Quick release. Add spinach and PB, stiy and serve.
