Fish curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash fish marinate with turmeric powder and salt, keep

* Step 2

Dry roast chilies, coriander seed, cumin seed, few min, add coconut keep roast few more min, let it cool

* Step 3

Grind roasted ingredients as fine paste by add little water. Soak kodampuli in 1cup of water

* Step 4

Crush onion, cut tomato into very thin slices,

* Step 5

Keep deep pan, add oil, fry curry leaves and garlic Pearls. Now add crushed onion, tomato and cook until tomatoes mashed. Add ground masala and cook until oil separate. Add kodampuli with water and salt mix, let it boil for 10min,

* Step 6

Now add marinated fish, cover and cook in medium flame for 15 min

* Step 7

Serve with rice, idddly, dosa etc
