Easy dirty rice
Great side dish that works with most seafood entrees!
Ingredient
Food ration :
4-6 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pan on medium high heat. Ed 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
* Step 2
Slice through casing of chicken sausage and remove meat. Add meat to pan and cook till Golden Brown.
* Step 3
Add onions and peppers. Cook 2 to 3 minutes and then add garlic.
* Step 4
Reduce pan to medium heat. Deglaze pan with chicken stock scraping all the bits from the bottom of the pan.
* Step 5
Add rice and incorporate thoroughly
* Step 6
Add all seasonings and green onions. If rice mixture becomes too dry add a bit more chicken stock.
* Step 7
Serve with your favorite seafood dish.
