Quinua and Spinach idli

Quinua and Spinach idli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take quinua in a pan add vegetable stock, salt and cooked to till done (if need add some water not to much) when done left to cool

* Step 2

Do same with all better

* Step 3

Now add semolina, cooked quinua, curd, spinach puree, green chilli and corriender, ginger and garlic paste, salt and mix well

* Step 4

Now add whisked curd and mix nicely (if need add water) and cover it and rest for 15 minutes

* Step 5

Now add eno salt and whisk

* Step 6

Other side heat a idli maker with boiling water, Now grease the tray with oil and pour better in this and arrange the tray in maker, close the lid and cook on medium flame

* Step 7

When done rest few second to cool and set

* Step 8

Now left out and serve hot with sambhar or dal tadka for more taste
